{"id":36841,"date":"2017-05-08T13:26:23","date_gmt":"2017-05-08T11:26:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.arshake.com\/call-for-artists-generazione-contemporanea\/"},"modified":"2018-05-22T11:09:19","modified_gmt":"2018-05-22T09:09:19","slug":"call-for-artists-generazione-contemporanea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.arshake.com\/en\/call-for-artists-generazione-contemporanea\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for artists > GENERAZIONE CONTEMPORANEA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>CALL FOR ARTISTS &gt; GENERAZIONE CONTEMPORANEA<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>Deadline<\/strong>: 15 ottobre 2017<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il LUISS Creative Business Center bandisce per il 2017 la seconda edizione del Premio Internazionale Generazione Contemporanea con l\u2019obiettivo di promuovere l\u2019arte contemporanea italiana ed internazionale, sostenere artisti\u00a0<strong>under 35<\/strong>\u00a0e ampliare la collezione permanente d\u2019arte contemporanea della LUISS Guido Carli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le finalit\u00e0 del premio si pongono in linea con quelle promosse negli ultimi anni dal programma di formazione del LUISS Creative Business Center, la cui ricerca \u00e8 incentrata sulle creative industries, con l\u2019obiettivo di monitorare i trend evolutivi dell\u2019industria, le opportunit\u00e0 di mercato, le professionalit\u00e0 emergenti e le politiche industriali volte alla crescita e allo sviluppo di questi importanti comparti dell\u2019economia italiana e mondiale. Inoltre, la creazione del LUISS Master of Art ha reso negli ultimi anni la LUISS Business School un importante centro di formazione per giovani professionisti nel mondo dell\u2019arte. Il concorso d\u00e0 vita ad un nuovo ambito di innovazione culturale, volto non pi\u00f9 solo alla formazione ma anche al sostegno e alla ricerca di giovani artisti in ambito internazionale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il concorso prevede l\u2019assegnazione di un premio in denaro del valore di \u20ac4.000,00 conferito al primo classificato da una giuria di esperti del settore. Il premio \u00e8 da intendersi come premio-acquisto, pertanto l\u2019opera sar\u00e0 acquisita dalla LUISS Guido Carli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le opere candidate saranno valutate e selezionate da una giuria di esperti del settore. Le opere dei primi tre artisti selezionati, compresa quella del vincitore del concorso, diventeranno parte integrante del progetto allestitivo del LUISS Master of Art che prevede la realizzazione di una mostra e la pubblicazione di un catalogo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La giuria si preserva la possibilit\u00e0 di assegnare una menzione speciale all\u2019opera di uno o pi\u00f9 artisti che si saranno particolarmente distinti per l\u2019originalit\u00e0 e la ricerca espressa dal proprio lavoro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il concorso prevede che le opere candidate sviluppino un tema specifico: la frammentazione, in termini culturali, sociali e artistici. Analizzando la societ\u00e0 contemporanea e indagando gli elementi che la caratterizzano, \u00e8 stata\u00a0individuata una profonda instabilit\u00e0, un\u2019incertezza esistenziale negli individui e la conseguente frammentazione della loro identit\u00e0, composta da elementi endogeni ed esogeni. Il termine rimanda al contesto multiculturale nel quale convivono diverse etnie, religioni e usanze lontane, descrive la situazione mondiale e allo stesso tempo personale di ogni uomo. Tuttavia la frammentazione non ha necessariamente un\u2019accezione negativa, poich\u00e9 anche un procedimento distruttivo pu\u00f2 celare la possibilit\u00e0 di una rinascita sotto una diversa forma. In questo frangente temporale, anche l\u2019arte sperimenta l\u2019inatteso, si completa e si svuota in presenza o assenza dello spettatore.
