Frame captures a snap shot of the web work by Tony Chakar, Lebanese artist and writer. His culture and investigation on the Arab cultural frame returns to the series of guided tours in the city of Beirut, focusing on the urban and architectural issues of the districts of Ashrafieh and of the old city. The guided tours were conducted by he artist for a restricted group of people and virtually transposed into this website through the spoken and written word. The Sky Over Beirut, is currently part of the collective exhibition «Home Beirut. Sounding the Neighbors» at the MAXXI Museum in Rome.
