What you see is Radar, a performance by German pianist and composer Volker Berthelmann, alias Hauschka, reknown for his «prepared piano», one whose sound is altered by inserting alien objects between or upon its strings, hammers and dampers. Now strings come out from the piano to capture the dancer and to guide its movements like a puppett!
