On the occasion of the Decennale, which will take place from 29 September to 5 October 2014, the «Piazza dei Mestieri» announces, in collaboration with «MurArte», the first edition of the National Street Art Contest Under 30, titled «La piazza e gli antichi mestieri»- «The Square and the old crafts».
Our intention is to approach art and the territory through a youthful point of view and through that contemporary language that belongs to street art. The aim reflects the actual aim of the Square, that, given this year’s important anniversary, wants to bring more visibility to all the activities taking place there, offering in the same time a «celebrating» space in straight contact with it’s «outside», promoting the art that is taught here and at the same time attempting to bring closer the «territory» to the «school», having the students engaged in a training program made up from «old crafts».
