FRAME captures Blue and Gold by Ava Roth, an inter-species work made with a bee colony. The mixed media compositions are placed inside wooden frames. Once the bead-embroidered motifs on Japanese paper are finished, Roth inserts the works into the hives of her collaborators, who complete the work with wax.
