FRAME captures a loop sequence of Overheated Windmill, part of a series of works by Jaehun Park that venture inside Capitalism’s destruction in order to estrapolate objects and landscapes isolating them from human presence. In the video Overheated Windmill, a windmill, representative of Dutch culture, keeps turning, soundlessly, despite having caught fire. It is one of many overheated objects produced by capitalism, currently on show at Alternative Space Loop in South Corea (until October 31st, 2021).
