VIDEO POST relaunches Echinocactus grusonii: Polyphonia Fibonacci ‘s documentation, a project by young Danish artist Clara Hastrup. The thorny fat plant reveals itself through its ‘voice’ captured and amplified by a series of microphones. It is a way to recall the attention toward what escapes to our perception. This time is a plant. Under the highlights of her research there are any kind of objects, from the ones of domestic use, to the ones considered useless and mundane, to anything that can reveal the delicate equilibrium that belongs to opposite parameters, such as artificial – organic, chaos and order, and so on.
