FRAME captures Changing Waters by Natalie Miebach, installation related to the Gulf of Main, its biological life and the relation of its changes with meteorological variations through the seasons. Natalie Miebach employed data made available by NOAA – National Data Buoy Center, the premier source of meteorological and oceanographic measurements for the marine environment, GOMOS – Global Monitoring by Occultation Of Stars, as well as weather stations along the coast.
