VIDEO POST proposes My Name Is Janez Jansa, trailer of the documentary that has followed the public action by Davide Grassi, Emil Hrvatin e Ziga Kariz, started in 2007 by legally changing their names with the one of Janez Janša, at the time Prime Minister of Slovenia. What is the meaning and purpose of one’s name from both private and public perspectives? Artists, intellectuals, and politicians have discussed about this issue in the documentary introduced by the trailer and now integrally available on the web. The discussion was lighted up again in these days within SIMPOSIO, the event organised by None Collective at the Eni Village in Borca di Cadore where it was presented by the artists and where discussion about identity, art and politics was extended to particpants.
