VIDEO POST captures a work of light sculpture, a work of public art that is alive, capturing data related to the traffic flow in real time, in scale 1:1, and in exact correspondence to the position of the tunnel that was built in 1994 in Utrecht so to ensure the integrity of the Hoge Weide district that is located over the highway,as a single identity.
