This week FRAME proposes Steampunk, winner proposal for a Pavillon at the Tallinn Architecture Biennale TAB 2019 this year titled “Beauty Matters: The Resurgence of Beauty”, curated by Dr Yael Reisner. The project proposes a pavilion made of steam-bent timber elements, using analogue tools augmented with the precision of mixed reality environments.
